NYC Wedding Photography — Candid, Cinematic & Documentary

From $5000

A bride and groom standing inside a church, holding hands and smiling at each other. The bride is wearing a white wedding dress and veil, and the groom is wearing a dark suit with a tie. They are standing on a patterned area rug, with a dark wooden door and a hanging lantern in the background.

Your wedding photographs should bring you back to the people, emotion, and atmosphere of the day. I blend documentary observation with thoughtful portrait direction, from the quiet moments before the ceremony to the energy of the celebration.

Full-day wedding coverage starts at $5,000, with no hourly limit. From getting ready through the celebration, I’ll photograph the day as it unfolds, with time for portraits, family photographs, and the moments in between. We’ll plan around your venue, schedule, and priorities before the wedding.

Tell me about your day: share your wedding date, location or venue, and the moments you want photographed so I can confirm availability.

Gallery delivery: your fully edited wedding gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding, with high-resolution digital photographs in a personalized online gallery.

About Me

I’m Zian, a New York City based photographer focused on couples, engagements, and the moments in between. I blend documentary and fashion photography with intention, capturing the candid, spontaneous, unposed moments that make a relationship feel like itself while still paying close attention to light, composition, and atmosphere.

My photographs feel less like a photoshoot and more like a memory. Rather than relying on posing, I give just enough direction to help you feel comfortable, then let the interaction between you take over. The result, is intimate, cinematic imagery with an emotional and nostalgic quality — photographs that feel nostagic, personal, and distinctly yours.

I shoot across Manhattan and Brooklyn — Central Park, Bryant Park, Washington Square Park, East and West Villages, Soho, Chelsea, High Line, Dumbo, Williamsburg, Lower East Side, Union Square, and more. If you already have a location in mind or prefer recommendations, I’ll help you select the most photogenic spots in NYC based on the types of photographs you’re looking for.
