About Me

I’m Zian, a New York City based engagement and wedding photographer blending documentary observation with thoughtful direction.

My Process

  • We’ll plan your engagement portraits around the places, clothing, and photographs that matter to you. Together, we’ll choose up to two complementary settings in New York City, consider the light and route, and leave time for a second look during your session.

  • We’ll spend up to three hours making relaxed engagement portraits together. I’ll guide you when it helps, find good light, and leave room for walking, talking, and the small moments between you. With two settings and an outfit change, we can create a varied gallery without rushing.

  • I’ll carefully select and edit your engagement photographs into a cohesive collection. Your full gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session, with high-resolution images in a personalized online gallery to download and share.

  • Engagement sessions start at $1,000. The extended session includes a dedicated planning conversation, up to three hours of photography, two complementary settings, and time for a second outfit. Share your ideas through the contact page so we can plan a session around you.

  • An engagement session gives us more time for location planning, outfit changes, and a varied collection for your wedding announcements or your home. The extended engagement session runs up to three hours with two settings. A couples session is a shorter, relaxed portrait experience, starting at $500.

  • Choose somewhere that feels personal to you, whether that is Central Park, the West Village, DUMBO, or the neighborhood where you met. I’ll help you choose up to two complementary settings and plan the route around the light and the kind of photographs you want.

  • No. I’ll offer gentle direction when it helps, then leave space for you to walk, talk, and be yourselves. My approach combines candid moments with thoughtful portraits, so the photographs feel natural and personal.

  • Your full engagement gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session. You’ll receive high-resolution edited photographs in a personalized online gallery to download and share.

  • Use the contact page to share your preferred date, the locations you have in mind, and what you would like from your engagement photos. I’ll confirm availability and talk through the details with you before we plan the session.
